I have a burning sensation in the vaginal area and have pain while urinating. The urine is also foul-smelling. Please help.

I can understand your concern.

This can be due to vaginitis or urinary tract infection. I suggest taking the following medicines:

1. Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg for 7 days (after food)

2. Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before food for 7 days.

3. Syrup Citralka Liquid (Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 1.53 gm per 5 ml) three times a day for 3 days,

4. Clingen Forte Vaginal Capsules (Clindamycin 100 mg, Clotrimazole 100 mg, and Tinidazole 100 mg) for 7 days (at night).
