Hello doctor,

My ultrasound examination has identified a 25 mm myomatous node, which is partially located within the uterine cavity, resulting in a deformation of the cavity. Doctors have told that achieving pregnancy and carrying a pregnancy to term is not feasible without surgical intervention. I am shocked by this revelation, especially considering that another physician did not detect any abnormalities during an ultrasound examination last fall. I have been taking vitamins; could they have contributed to the growth of the fibroids? Additionally, is there a possibility of an error in the diagnosis?
