Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am an 18-year-old female. I have been sexually active since I turned 16. I have intercourse once a month or two months. For two years, I have had UTI on the next day of intercourse. Today almost half a month after having sex, I m having frequent urination. Not as frequent as in a UTI, but more frequent than usual. Should I be worried? What should I do? Please do not tell me to get any tests; I cannot do that. Just tell me the solution.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query. Without any examination and investigation, we cannot predict your condition. I would suggest taking the proper antibiotic course. If you feel the same issue even after that, then you should consult with your nearby gynecologist so that she can examine and guide you properly.

Take a tablet of Nitrofurantoin twice daily, a tablet of Urispas twice daily, a tablet of Pan 40 (40 milligrams of Pantoprazole) twice daily before meals, and syrup Cital 2 tablespoons in a glass of water twice daily. Take all these for five days.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask further queries.

Thank you.
