Patient's Query
Hello doctor, I am a 40-year-old female who is married. I am a mother of two children. I have had sex with another man. My husband lives with me but I had sex with an 18-year-old neighbor boy. While having sex I think he was trying to make me pregnant. I think he got success and fucked me the whole night without using a condom. I also think he has torn my vagina and my hole has got big like a bottle bottom. Please suggest. Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
Thank you for reaching out. Given the sensitive and serious nature of what you have described, it is very important to take care of your health and safety physically, emotionally, and medically. Here is what you should consider immediately:
1. Medical attention is urgent
You mentioned prolonged, intense intercourse without protection, possible injury to your vagina and anus and fear of pregnancy. These are serious concerns. You should see a doctor or go to a clinic immediately for the following.
a. Physical examination - To check for any tears or trauma in your vaginal or anal area, as these can lead to infection or bleeding. A doctor can assess any damage and recommend treatment (stitches or medication if needed).
b. Pregnancy test - If this happened recently (within the last three to five days), you may still have time for emergency contraception (morning-after pill) to prevent pregnancy. If it is later than that, a blood test or urine test can help confirm if you are pregnant.
c. STI (sexually transmitted infections) screening - Unprotected sex puts you at risk for sexually transmitted infections (like HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes). Early testing helps protect both you and your current partner.
2. Emotional and mental health support
If this situation has left you feeling confused, hurt, or unsure, consider speaking with a therapist or counselor. You are not alone. Many people go through moments of emotional vulnerability and need someone who can listen without judgment.
3. Relationship and consent awareness
If there was any pressure, coercion, or manipulation, it is important to recognize those red flags. Also, sexual activity between a 40-year-old and an 18-year-old can raise legal, ethical, and social concerns depending on your laws and relationship dynamics. It is important to think carefully about boundaries and consequences both personal and legal. Please take these immediate steps. Visit a gynecologist or sexual health clinic. Get a pregnancy and STI test. Seek emotional support.
I hope this answers your query.
Let me know if I need to assist you further.
Thank you.
