What to do if antibiotics fail for vaginal staphylococcus?

Hello doctor,

I am reaching out to seek your guidance regarding some ongoing symptoms I have been experiencing. I have been dealing with a persistent sensation of heat, dryness, rashes, and what appears to be eczema in the vaginal area.

Following these symptoms, I underwent a urine MCS and high vaginal swab test. The diagnosis indicated a moderate growth of Staphylococcus aureus, and I was prescribed Lyntriaxole 1g injection (Ceftriaxone) to be administered intramuscularly once daily for five days.

I have completed the full course of the prescribed antibiotic; however, I have not observed any significant improvement in my condition.

Could you please advise on the next steps or alternative treatments that might be more effective? Please help.
