Hello doctor,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and will definitely help you regarding it. According to your mentioned weight and height your body mass index (BMI) is 16.8 kg/m2, which is subnormal and indicates that you are underweight. The contents you have mentioned are usually safe. It contains some vitamins and an antihistamine Cyproheptadine. Cyproheptadine will make you eat more and can help you gain weight. You may feel a bit drowsy as a side effect. You should not take Cyproheptadine if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, gastritis, urination problems, or if you are having an asthma attack. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. I would encourage you to opt for exercise, which includes weights as well, a protein-rich diet, and a healthy lifestyle (stress-free), which should help you naturally to stay fit. I hope this helped and would be happy to resolve any other query.

Thank you.
