What is causing chest pain while breathing and movement of right arm?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Pain in the right side of the chest with breathing movements and nausea shows that you have some chest infection. Please follow this. X-ray chest to rule out infection, take tablet Zanaflex 2 mg three times a day till you get the report of X-ray (minimum three days). If pain improves and the X-ray is clear this means it is simply due to muscle spasm.

I suggest you try taking the following:Tablet Panadol Extra (Paracetamol and Caffeine) after every eight hours for three days. Tablet Fexet-D (Fexofenadine and Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) twice a day, after every twelve hours for three days.
