Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Pain in the right side of the chest with breathing movements and nausea shows that you have some chest infection. Please follow this. X-ray chest to rule out infection, take tablet Zanaflex 2 mg three times a day till you get the report of X-ray (minimum three days). If pain improves and the X-ray is clear this means it is simply due to muscle spasm. If an X-ray shows infection or you get a fever or pain does not improve on taking Zanaflex please start some antibiotic like Azomax 250 mg after every 12 hours for a week.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
