Can a needle puncture cause fatigue, soreness, and headache?
Hello doctor,
When I got my Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, I started bleeding profusely, and the guy who injected the vaccine was upset and said that there was a lot of blood. My concern is that he injected it in the wrong place, like a blood vessel or vein? I had terrible side effects like intense fatigue, muscle soreness, headaches that started within an hour. Is this normal, and is there anything I can do to feel better?

Does decreased hCG levels indicate a problem in pregnancy?
Hi doctor,
I am five weeks and one day pregnant (not confirmed yet with ultrasound). My hCG levels have gone from 34 on last month twenty-first to 227 on last month twenty-sixth, then 514 on last month twenty-eighth. My GP is worried that this is not a normal progression. And my levels with my daughter were over 1000 by this time gestational age. I am wondering if I have to worry? I know hCG levels vary greatly between women. I have another lab appoinment after three days to draw another hCG level. Please guide me.

Why am I having extreme dizziness after taking Sumo cold and Ibuprofen together?
Hello doctor,
I was having a viral fever for the last two to three days. I took a medicine named Sumo cold to get relief. I was also having some pain in my throat so I took a tablet of Ibuprofen yesterday morning at 10 a.m. and then I took a tablet of Sumo cold at 1:00 p.m. In total, I have taken four tablets of Sumo cold and one tablet of Ibuprofen in two days. My fever is low now but I am having extreme dizziness while walking up and moving my head. I cannot concentrate and suddenly everything goes numb at times. So I want to ask what is happening. Is this a side effect of taking Sumo cold and Ibuprofen together? I have taken a gap of three hours between the two medicines to avoid interaction. I took my last dose of Sumo cold last night but still, I am feeling extremely dizzy, extremely less concentrated and everything is just roaming. Dizziness is very very much.

Will there be difficulty in holding food and have pain above the belly button after COVID?

I am a 35-year-old female with Hashimoto’s thyroid, GERD with esophageal, vitamin D deficiency, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. It has been 15 days since I have been tested positive for COVID. I am barely able to hold down food or liquid. I have to fight the urge to vomit to keep food in. Symptoms started five days ago. I also have pain right above my belly button centralized. I am taking Levothyroxine, Vitamin D3, Wellbutrin, Trileptal, Zoloft, Birth control Seasonale, and Nexium. Kindly help me.
