I have a common cold from last three years. Please help.

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I read your query and can understand your concern. The common cold is a viral infection that lasts for days, not years. To treat the common cold, you need to take rest, stay well hydrated, use nasal decongestants, take Panadol Cold & Flu (Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and Dextromethorphan hydrobromide), and An antihistamine like Zicam (Zinc acetate and Zinc gluconate). Consult a specialist doctor, discuss the treatment with them, and start taking the medicines with their consent.

Why is there pain in heart in a hypotensive patient?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. We define low blood pressure if the reading is lower than 90 mm Hg systolic or 60 mm Hg diastolic or if the patient has symptoms which are lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting, blurred vision or lack of concentration. These symptoms are most prominent when individuals go from the lying or sitting position to the standing position. The causes of low blood pressure could be endocrine problems, dehydration, blood loss, severe infection (septicemia), severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis), or lack of nutrients in your diet. My advice to you is to eat a diet higher in salt, drink a lot of fluid especially in hot weather and while sick with a viral illness.

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I went through your query and understood your concern. I suggest that the pain in the left side of the abdomen may occur due to a number of causes. It could be due to a urinary tract infection (nausea, vomiting, fever, or chills), kidney stones (urine is pink, red, brown, and cloudy with a foul smell. Urination is very painful and frequent), an ovarian cyst (pelvic pain before or during the menstrual cycle), ovarian torsion (sudden, severe pain in the pelvic area), ectopic pregnancy (a missed period and other pregnancy signs), or muscle spasm.
