What could cause retained baby teeth in a 15-year-old?

I am a 15-year-old and I am very insecure about my teeth. My adult teeth still have not came out yet and I am stuck with my baby teeth right now. Is there a way to fix this or treat it? I would like to know.

Can accidentally injured gums during treatment get infected?
Hi doctor,
I went to the dentist five days ago for three fillings and he also cut my gum. I forgot what he called it, and I guess it as periodontal. It is burning because of gingivitis. As of two days ago, my gum on the opposite side was swollen and visible when I smile. It hurts to eat, touch, or even talk. My concern is whether it is infected? The office is closed and I do not know what to do.

What is the treatment for abscess in a cracked tooth?
Hello doctor,
I had a cracked tooth that developed an abscess under it. It took two weeks to wait for the endodontist appointment, so I started taking an antibiotic when the abscess started to grow. Finally had my appointment today and the endodontist is keeping me on the antibiotic for one more week, and injected something into the abscess but did not lance it. Now it is huge and the pressure is terrible and causing a lot of pain. I am unsure what to do and if it will now drain on its own. Is this normal, because I can only find information about lancing abscesses, not injecting them with medicine. Currently I am taking Clindamycin. Please advise.

What is the most effective way to get rid of a severe toothache? Last Sunday, I went to a different clinic for tooth filling because my dentist went abroad for vacation. In fact, it lessened the pain, but afterward, it became more painful. So I contacted my dentist for medicine to take, and he prescribed me to drink Clindamycin and Dolfenal. And until today, after the effectiveness of the medicine, I cannot bear the pain. I am planning to remove it, but the dentist of my friend did not recommend it because it might have an abscess on it, while my dentist said that it is alright to remove.
