What could cause weakness after standing or walking briefly?

I am suffering from extreme weakness even after a little bit of standing or walking. I have undergone the LFT test result as follows. Alkaline phosphate 136 SGPT 60, SGOT 45, bilirubin 1.0, albumin 4.86, and protein 8.69. Also lipid profile result cholesterol 280, triglyceride is 150. Is anything to worry?

Hello doctor,
I have been suffering from an infection in my vulva for the last 60 days. Having severe itching, redness, and inflammation on superficial skin, like urticaria or hives, but I am not sure what type of infection I have. My doctor said that this was a fungal infection and gave me a tablet of Fluconazole 150 mg, a capsule of Becelac PB for 15 days, and a tablet of Pan 40, but the symptoms had not subsided. Then the doctor asked to repeat this medication for the next seven days, but there was no relief. So after that, I took homeopathy treatment for the last five days, and the homeopathy doctor said this was urticaria. But I am not satisfied with any treatment. My blood sugar is 115 mg/dL.
