Is a root canal needed for cavities in six-year molars?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Well, the condition of the tooth decides its treatment. If the dentist has suggested a root canal, that means there is nothing that can save her tooth but only a root canal. I suggest you go for that. Filling the tooth is only done when there is a small cavity and the pulp of that tooth has not been damaged.

Cleaning by the dentist does not make the teeth fall off; this is a pure myth. The teeth, which are weakened by tartar, get damaged from inside so they feel loose after cleaning and scaling. They fall out due to removing tartar that is supporting them.
