Does my gastroscopy reports show ulcer in the stomach?

In recent days, food is making me sick. I feel a lot of air and soreness in the stomach. I am often belching. When I consulted a doctor, he said that my stomach was fine. I have attached the reports of gastroscopy of the stomach and duodenum. Could the area that I have marked blue, be an ulcer? Kindly give your opinion on the reports. Also, I had antral gastritis two years ago.

I was diagnosed with antral gastritis, lots of acid in stomach and reflux. Problems started after I took some medicines. Since then I am always hungry. I eat more than before the problem started, but still I feel hungry. I am also suffering from excessive hair loss. Why am I always hungry? What treatment do you suggest?

Is it normal to have high SGOT and SGPT levels, immediately after stopping Udiliv?
Hi doctor,
I was diagnosed with high SGOT and SGPT levels and started medication (Udiliv) one year back. They levels dropped a month back, and the tests showed normal values. So, I stopped taking the medicines after the doctor's advice. Today when I did a blood test, SGOT and SGPT was 59 and 114. Is this natural to have high SGOT and SGPT values, immediately after stopping medicine? Will it take some three months or so to settle down to ideal values?

How to reduce belly fat in a diabetic?

My father is a diabetic since 25 years. He had bypass surgery last year and has gained some belly fat.
He is taking medication for lipids. He has grade 2 fatty liver with no symptoms. Please examine my father's recent ultrasound which was done to check his enlarged prostate. Also, please see his blood reports and advise.
Currently, he is on Insulin Mixtard 30/70 - 38 units in the morning and 15 units at night. He is also taking Glycomet GP2 1-0-1, Linagliptin 5 mg 1-0-0, Fibator 10 mg 0-0-1, Metolar 25 1-0-0, Dynapres 0.4 0-0-1, Clopilet 75 1-0-0 and Ecosprin 150 1-0-0. Please guide.
