What could be done to manage persistent stomach issues?
Hi doctor,
I have been suffering from stomach disease and I did not get it diagnosed for almost for 10 years. Sometime, my doctors say it as GERD and sometimes as irritable bowel syndrome. Now, they said that my stomach is not transferring food to my colon normally and that means my stomach muscle is weak. I have also been suffering from severe vomiting. All these things make me very anxious. I am spending my whole time thinking about the diseases and reading in online. I am not enjoying my life because of this. Last year, I had some unknown problem in my body, such as feeling more tired, etc. I went to my family doctor and he said that everything is normal. But, I continued going to the ER as I was scared of cancer. Most of the information I read about related to cancer. I visited ER every day until they admitted me in the hospital and diagnosed me with depression and anxiety. They gave me medications, which changed my thinking and let me focus on day-to-day events. I stopped them when I felt fine. Now, when I came for a vacation, my stomach started to be bad. I had diarrhea for several days and I got vomiting also. Last week, I ha severe vomiting with stomach pain. I went to the ER and they admitted me in the hospital to do an endoscopy, which was terrible as I vomited twice during it. My doctor diagnosed me with gastroparesis, which means weak stomach muscles. Now, I am thinking about my life. I am not even able to eat like others. I spend my whole time in questioning and reading about the problem. I have no interest to talk or do anything else. I am just searching and thinking about it. I feel there is no solution to it like cancer. I feel my life like the hell.

Can Risperidone cause breast cancer?
Hi doctor,
I took Risperidone 3 mg daily for 11 months. Can it cause breast cancer? Also, I took ayurveda medicine for irregular periods. When I developed loss of appetite and nausea I stopped it. I took it only for one and a half month. I did not inform my psychiatrist about this. Please help.
