How to get relieved from vulvovaginal itching?

Hi doctor,

I am a 24-year-old female. I am not diagnosed with any pre-existing condition. I have been suffering from a fungal infection in my vulvar and groin region for almost two months. Initially, it only affected the vulvar region, but now it spread to the inner thighs and connected buttock area. I have been receiving treatment for almost seven weeks now, and it has reduced my itching and scarring drastically. The last prescribed dosage by my doctor was Sebifin tablet in the morning (250 mg), Sizon tablet (10 mg) at night, Fungicros topical cream twice a day, and Fluconazole tablet (2 pills once a week). I have completed this course for a month. I will attach the previous prescription of my treatment. Currently, the affected area is extremely dry and red and sometimes peels off. Should I continue the above treatment? I cannot reach my doctor because of lockdown in my region and thus would like your advice. If photos would help, please let me know. I have attached my prescription for the past seven weeks here. Thank you.

How to get rid of itchy red rashes on the face and chest?

Hi doctor,

I have had this scaled red rash for about five weeks. It started on my forehead but has spread to my nose, chest, and my back. I live in the bush with no doctors nearby. I treated it first with Miconazole (fungicide) for a week and noticed no change, following with Quadriderm for a week and observed no change instead, just kept spreading. Next, I treated scabies with Ivermectin and had no change, then went to the town and saw a doctor, and he gave me a course of Tetracycline and Cortisone cream, that was a week ago and still no change. Please help.

Why are there cyst-like bumps on my eyebrow?

Hi doctor,

I have an infection in my eyebrow, causing cyst-like bumps and redness. It was accompanied by dry skin and flakiness. It seems to come and go. It has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. This is the worst it has ever been, and I pretty much have no eyebrow, just red bumps instead. I have tried many different topical treatments with no luck. I was on Spironolactone for four months with no luck, and it actually seemed to make my skin worse. My dermatologist switched me Accutane, and I was on that for four months as well. And I thought the Accutane might make it go away, and it seemed to have no effect on it. The eyes seem to have excess skin growing and tend to go over the hair follicle. And it looks like my hair follicles are infected. It is a sensitive area and has minor itchiness. I never had this issue until I saw my dermatologist. She tried treating it with Hydrocortisone cream and even two Hydrocortisone shots in the eyebrow directly. Both made little to no difference.
