Can scabies cause itching and rashes on the hands and legs?

Hello doctor,

My six-and-a-half-year-old son has suddenly developed allergies on his hands and legs, as well as on his face, with little pimples on his hands and legs visible during the day, which become larger at night with itching. I saw several doctors but was unable to find a remedy. I saw another doctor today, and he recommended Atarax and Allegra syrup, as well as Moisturex with Flucort-N cream, to be used after a bath. Previously, he was using Ethimom lotion, HHMite ointment, and 1 tab Iverscab 6 for the same

Kindly help.

How to heal the skin damaged due to poor circulation?

Hi doctor,

I have dealt with leg swelling fairly constant for the last 10 years. The bottom of my legs including my ankles and feet are swollen every day. They have turned very dark. The discoloration was happening for about the last five years and has gotten worse over time. Basically, it will not respond to any type of moisture so that the area is always dry. I am overweight, but not diabetic. The only medication that I am taking currently is Coumadin, because I recently had a blood clot in my right leg. However, it is my left lower leg that has the most swelling and discoloration. How can I heal the skin that is damaged due to poor circulation?

How to speed up healing post-Nesbit plication surgery?

Hello doctor,

I am a 22 year old healthy male. Last month, I had undergone Nesbit plication surgery for congenital penile curvature. The surgery resulted in a deep wound that is not healing properly. I had the same surgery five years ago, and there was no wound at all. Now, it has been a month, and I do not seem to notice any improvement. Does penile skin grow back or would I need a skin graft? How long will it take to grow back? I am currently using Jelonet and gauze. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I do not use drugs. How can I speed up the healing process? I have attached a picture of the wound. Kindly look into it.
