I get discomfort and bleeding post fingering with an urge to urinate. Is this UTI?

A few months now, I have been experiencing discomfort and bleeding after being fingered. It does not really happen during sexual intercourse though. I have an urge to urinate even after urinating. And it stings and the urine will sometimes come out at different random times. I have had two UTI’s which I have felt the urine sensation before but the bleeding is what I am most concerned about. Also we always use protection. Why am I experiencing bleeding and discomfort after being fingered? I am currently taking Lamotrigine and Adderall.

I saw a tiny lump in my private area, and I feel a sting when I have the urge to pee. Why?

Before few days, I had trouble in peeing. I had some hints of pain but it was tolerable. At first, I thought it was a symptom of UTI because I drink lots of water but I have laziness to urinate. Yesterday, I noticed a tiny lump in my private area. I am not sure about it. But it was painful with stinging when I had a feel to pee. I do not have a fever and the color of the urine was normal. How to resolve this problem?

I went to my doctor in February complaining of burning pee and discomfort. They tested me for a UTI and yeast infection and said there was nothing. Then I went to my gynecologist two months after that still having the symptoms she swabbed me and I had a yeast infection. Sex really hurts and I am scared that it is not just the yeast infection. I have some concerns regarding my ability to conceive. My husband and I have a two-year-old son, and we have decided to have another child. I have observed that my periods only last for two days, and during intercourse, it seems that some sperm do not enter me. Furthermore, a recent scan indicated that my uterus is tilted.
