What are the complications of manual aspiration abortion?

Hello doctor,

I am 23 years old. Four years ago, I had a manual aspiration abortion. After that, I had no bleeding but a slight discharge. I felt normal after a week but had a temperature. However, I did not get periods next month. My nurse did the hCG test and said that there were minor signs of pregnancy and did an abortion again. However, she did not flush out any substance. Two days later, I had slight bleeding, like periods that lasted for two days. After a week, I began to have a white discharge that resembled cheese. Also, there was a fever and weakness. My doctor suggested tablets Flucamed and Ciprotab and capsule Renofit. The discharge has stopped, but I still have weakness, blurry vision, back pain, and pain on the side and upper part of my belly. I repeated my hCG test today, and it was cloudy. What could be the problem?
