Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I was suffering from PCOD and was taking ayurvedic medicines. I stopped the medications last year. I have had irregular periods for the past three to four months. Now, I have chest pain and abdominal pain. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms are suggestive of acid peptic disease and not associated with periods.

1. I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) tablet Pantoprazole and Antacid syrup.

2. Avoid spicy foods, tea, coffee, and carbonated beverages.

3. Drink plenty of fluids.

4. Consume a high fiber diet, green leafy vegetables, and fruits.

5. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

6. Avoid analgesics.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
