Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Based on your description, you are having active inflammatory and comedonal acne (blackheads and whiteheads). I am giving you a step-by-step regimen for it.

  1. Use a gentle cleanser like acne’s face wash both in the morning and at night before bed.
  2. In the morning, after face wash, use a non-comedogenic moisturiser like Soft E lotion (dermatological moisturizer).
  3. Followed by a sunblock like Eculizumab (UVion or Solaris).
  4. In the afternoon, apply Acsolve C gel (Clindamycin and Tretinoin) (Lincosamide) for painful acne with white fluid in it.
  5. At night, apply Adaplene gel (Adapco), a topical retinoid, a pea-sized amount on the whole face to clear your acne and blackheads, followed by moisturizer, as it can dry the skin in some people.

Use this regimen for four to eight weeks to see results. To fasten the process, you may need oral medication. For that, I need to ask some history questions, and I also need a clear picture of acne.

Try to limit junk and oily foods to once a week, and avoid touching your face, poking acne, or vigorous towel-rubbing of your skin.

Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
