Comedonal Acne

They are skin-colored small bumps in the pattern of acne around the forehead or chin. The open comedones are black in color because of pigmentation on the surface. Closed comedones are whiteheads where the follicles are completely blocked. A big comedone appears like a cyst where a blackhead-like opening is visible on the skin.
