I understand your concern. You have grade 1 comedonal acne. I suggest you take the following medications. Use Adapalene-Benzoyl peroxide gel that is to be applied to the acne once at night. Use Benzoyl peroxide face wash. I also suggest you to avoid a frequent intake of sweets, full cream milk, and chocolates. Also, do not prick the lesions. I hope this helps.
