Hi doctor,

I am a boy. For the last few months, I have felt like I have had a serious disease. Sometimes I thought it was a brain tumor, sometimes stomach cancer, and sometimes other diseases. Physically I feel a tight band around my head, dry mouth, neck strain, tight muscles, weakness, sweating, acne, and upset stomach. And anytime feeling worried and fear of major diseases. Please help me.
