Hello doctor,

I am 22 years old and weigh about 94.8 pounds. For some time now, I have been feeling uncomfortable during or after eating. I often feel weak, anxious, and get mild headaches. I also have ongoing neck and cervical pain.

I recently had blood tests done. My hemoglobin is 9.8 g/dL, and some of the red blood cell values were low. My vitamin D level is very low (17.44 nmol/L). My platelet count is slightly low, and my creatinine is also on the lower side. My vitamin B12 level is high.

I feel full quickly after meals and sometimes feel dizzy or tired. These symptoms are affecting my daily life, and I am worried about the cause.
