Hi doctor,

My son is 10 years old, and he coughs every day because of climate change. He also has adenoids, so it is hard for him to breathe. The doctor said it could be uncontrolled asthma. I do not know what to do for his asthma management. It gets worse during the allergy season, and we have tried so many things, but it is still there.

Should he use inhalers or corticosteroids? I am worried about all these triggers, like dust and pollen.
