I have a headache and runny nose, despite Z-Pak. What to do?

I have done the Zpack and it has not worked. My nose is still running and it has a bad oder to it and my head hurts really bad. Please help.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As per history you are having rhinitis or sinusitis, both of which are respiratory tract infections.
You will need the following work up- Auscultation, CBC (complete blood count), PNS (paranasal sinus radiography) X ray and nasal swab for culture. Provide me the reports once you are done, and kindly let me know for how long you have taken Azithromycin.
I would suggest the following treatment in the mean time i suggest you use a decongestant like Levocetrizine 5 mg, once a day for five days, salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day, drink more water, steam inhalation done three times a day and avoid excess spicy foods.
