Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I got my X-ray done at the chiropractor for lower back pain but I am also having stomach and digestion issues. Just want a second opinion to make sure there is nothing seen on the X-rays that could be of concern. I have no significant medical history except for abdominoplasty three years ago. The appendix is removed, and so are the tonsils.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

All the X-rays showed degenerative changes, nothing else, but I would suggest you go for an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) for better visualization and will able to see the bones, ligaments, and other internal structures. You have almost X-ray on a daily basis, which is not good, and in degenerative spine disease, and as for chiropractor treatment, there is nothing documented medically as definitive treatment. I recommend you start swimming, there is no exercise better than swimming for lower back aches. Have some mild analgesia and, get an MRI done, do swimming and report me after 30 days.

I hope this helps. Thank you.
