Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 25 years old and facing constant belly bloating. I am avoiding tea, coffee, milk, and everything that triggers gastric problems. I have chronic belly bloating. My stomach gets bloated right after I eat something, even after eating snacks and also after I work out. I never had the issue of bloating one year before. My stomach is bloated almost all the time.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your queries and understand your concerns.I have reviewed your case history in detail. For stomach bloating: Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her, and take the medicines with their consent.
1) Add regular probiotics to your diet, either yogurt daily or a commercially available probiotics sachet once daily for good two to four weeks2) Avoid eating out or reheated meals3) Avoid constipation, if any, you can use psyllium husk with a glass of water once daily. 4) Pantoprazole (Pantop) 40mg is an acid suppression medicine, you can start once daily half an hour before breakfast for two weeks5) Taking antacid syrup 10 ml after every meal will help too.Considering your age and absence of alarming features like severe vomiting, weight loss etc, I think this simple medical trial will help you out, if symptoms are persistent, you will need some workup including an ultrasound abdomen, blood tests, and H. pylori Gastritis evaluation.Wishing you good health.
I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.
