Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It sounds like you are experiencing severe itching, possibly due to an allergic reaction, leading to skin damage and bleeding. This could be due to chronic urticaria, eczema, or another allergic skin condition. I suggest you do the following:

  1. Avoid triggers: Identify and avoid possible allergens like certain foods, dust, pet dander, or medications.

  2. Take an antihistamine: Over-the-counter antihistamines (like Cetirizine or Loratadine) can help reduce itching.

  3. Apply a soothing lotion: Use calamine lotion or a mild moisturizer to prevent dryness.

  4. Keep nails short: To avoid breaking the skin and causing bleeding when scratching.

  5. Use a cold compress: Applying ice or a cold cloth can reduce itching.

  6. Hydrate well: Drink plenty of water and keep your skin moisturized.

Visit a doctor if the rash spreads rapidly or you have swelling, difficulty breathing, or dizziness (which could indicate anaphylaxis or a medical emergency). If symptoms persist for more than a few weeks despite treatment and there are open wounds or infections due to scratching.

A doctor (dermatologist or allergist) can conduct allergy tests and prescribe stronger medications like steroids or immunotherapy if needed. I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you.
