Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had brain-fog-like symptoms, chronic worry, and stress issues for more than one year. What can be done? Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Fog-like symptoms as you have mild cognitive impairments, cloudy thinking, and judgment impairment, these all are due to generalized anxiety disorder. Kindly consult your doctor, and take the treatment for the concern.

1) Tablet Fluotexine (anti-depressive) 20 mg once daily.

2) Tablet Tryptomer (Amitriptyline) 25 mg once a day in the evening for two months. Consult your doctor and take the medicines accordingly. I recommend undergoing behavior therapy with a local psychiatrist.

I hope this information helps provide some insight into your symptoms.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you.
