Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This condition is known as pigmented purpuric dermatosis. It is seen in people who either have to stand for long times or sit with legs hanging for long, which leads to the pooling of blood in these areas. To keep blood pooling down keep your feet and high during sleep, put one pillow beneath your feet. Try to give rest to your legs when have to stand for long, in between. Use this cream for two weeks only, not more than that for the pigmentation part: Momate (Hydrocortisone) cream twice a day.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
