Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 26-year-old woman who realized that my cannabis use has increased. It began casually, but it has become more common and is affecting my daily life. Concentration is becoming increasingly difficult for me, and my motivation is diminishing. I am wondering whether this is something I should be concerned about, and if there is a way to reduce it. I have tried to quit on my own, but it is proving more difficult than I expected. Is there anything else I should look for to determine if this is becoming an issue? I am anxious about being judged. Any advice on how to address this issue would be highly appreciated.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

In reality, it is due to cannabis, therefore you must quit using it totally, otherwise, it may bring more significant problems in the future, such as sleep disruption, sadness and anxiety, high heart rate, palpitations, and so on. It will be detrimental to the immune systems and bodily organs. So, if you quit it entirely, you will be able to recollect everything and your attention will improve. You do not require therapy right now. But just quit the habit and things will improve.

I hope this helps. Thank you.
