Hello doctor,
I am having chest discomfort for the past three days. I feel as if there is a bruise inside my chest. I also have pain at times if I touch near my nipple or on the side or under the breast or nipple. I often feel a stabbing pain in the middle that lasts for one second. I had a cough for a long time, and I coughed up a little blood during that time. The cough persisted for four days, but now the cough has gone, as has the coughing up of blood. I had a 20-hour plane journey, after which I was having chest discomfort. Kindly help.

- Tablet Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day before breakfast.
- Tablet Aceclofenac and Paracetamol once after your meal (take whenever you have pain).
Take these for three days.
