Is Zoxan treatment effective for long-term ear discomfort?

Hi doctor,

I have been experiencing an ear problem for several years. It started after I used tools to clean my ear, and since then, I have been feeling discomfort. In my place, I was given Zoxan as a treatment. I have been using Zoxan as prescribed. Please suggest a solution for this.
