Hello doctor,

We have been trying to conceive for the past few months. I even took Clomid tablets 100 milligrams to get pregnant. But I am not getting pregnant. Are there any side effects of Clomid?

There could be side effects of Clomid (Clomiphene citrate tablets USP). You should not take such tablets without your doctor's advice, otherwise, it may harm your health. You do not need such medicines to conceive. You should try natural methods only. If it fails, then only go for any interventions. A female body forms an egg around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle. So you should do regular intercourse around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle.
