Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing tailbone pain, which can be quite debilitating. Here are some additional suggestions that may help alleviate your symptoms:

  1. Modify your sitting position: Sit on a cushion or a folded towel to take the pressure off your tailbone. You can also try leaning forward slightly or using a seat wedge to help distribute your weight more evenly.

  2. Exercise: Gentle exercises such as yoga, pilates, and stretching can help improve flexibility and strengthen the muscles around your tailbone, which can provide some relief.

  3. Massage therapy: A massage therapist can help release muscle tension around your tailbone and relieve the pain.

  4. Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote healing. It may be worth exploring as a potential treatment for your tailbone pain.

  5. Chiropractic care: A chiropractor can help align your spine and pelvis, which can alleviate pressure on your tailbone and provide some relief from the pain.

  6. Sleep position: Try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs to help support your pelvis and take pressure off your tailbone.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
