Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Over the past three months, I have had a bad build-up of pores on both sides of my face and cheeks. I have never suffered with the same problem before. I want to know what is best for this.

Hi

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You seem to have grade one to two comedonal acne. I would suggest you the following medications. Use Adapalene-Benzoyl Peroxide gel application on acne once at night in a tiny amount without rubbing it. Use Benzoyl peroxide face wash. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medicines with their consent. Follow up after one month. Avoid too many sweets, whole cream milk, and chocolates. Also, please do not pick the lesions. Take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
