Patient's Query
Hello, Doctor,
I am a 24-year-old female experiencing rashes on my arms and upper body. The rashes become more visible and itchy, especially after taking a bath or at night. They have been persistent for over a month.
The rashes initially appeared about a month ago as what seemed like heat rashes on one part of my neck. Over time, they spread to my upper arms, the right side of my stomach, and my thigh. Now, they are present on both arms and across my upper body. The itching is worse at night and after bathing, and the affected areas have also developed some discoloration.
In the early stages, I applied Hydrocortisone cream and Ketoconazole cream, but I have not noticed any improvement. How can I manage this condition?
Please advise.
