Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand both of your concerns.

I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below:

  1. For your morning skincare routine, start by cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser. After cleansing, apply a light moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
  2. Finally, finish your routine with a broad-spectrum SPF (sun protection factor) 50 sunscreen, as daily sun protection is essential to prevent further pigmentation and skin damage.
  3. In the evening, after cleansing your face, apply a pea-sized amount of Skinoren (20 % Azelaic acid) cream evenly across your entire face.
  4. Follow this with a moisturizer to reduce dryness and irritation. Use this treatment twice a week, as consistent application can help improve pigmentation, skin texture, and overall dullness over time.
  5. Regarding dark circles, I recommend having your serum iron levels checked, as iron deficiency is commonly associated with dark circles. Additionally, try to maintain seven to eight hours of quality sleep each night.
  6. Apply Eyelee (Haloxyl, Eyeliss, Hyaluronic acid, and Caffeine) cream gently around the eye area at night using your ring finger, as it is the gentlest finger. Leave it on overnight.

Please follow this regimen consistently for at least one month to notice visible improvement.

I hope this guidance proves helpful. I appreciate any feedback you have for better patient care, and if you have any further concerns, feel free to contact me anytime.

Thank you.
