Hello doctor,
I wish to postpone my period for a month. Can you please recommend a suitable medication that I can start taking? My expected period date is in the coming week.

If you have regular menstrual cycles, I suggest you take tablet Primolut N (Norethisterone) 5 mg. Start taking it two days before your expected period date and continue once daily until the date you want to delay your period. Please be aware that your period will likely occur a few days after you stop taking the medication.
