A Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) is the only requirement.

What if I open another clinic? Can I change my plan later on?

Yes, you can. In case you open another clinic after you register in iCliniq Connect, contact our support team, which is always there to help and advise you.

What is your refund policy?

We will not process any refunds unless the hospital gives us the go-ahead.

What if I decide to cancel?

We will not be happy to see you go, but yes, it is technically possible to cancel your registration.

What about my data privacy?

There are two ways in which a doctor's information can be updated.

  • The doctor can register on iCliniq.com and then be added to your page.
  • This can also be done by the hospital/clinic admin from their dashboard.

Any medical specialty that you have Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) can be added to your specific hospital/clinic page. Doctors from all specialties, such as cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology, urology, psychiatry, etc., can effectively consult patients using iCliniq Connect. Even surgeons can use it for pre and post-surgical management, and gynecologists can give birth control counseling.
