How can I treat my severe tooth decay?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My front two teeth have visible extensive tooth decay. I had a decent-sized hole that started from the back of one tooth and is spreading around to the front. The other has a hole near the gum line. I am losing my confidence.

What are my treatment options?

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

I wanted to know if there was associated pain with tooth decay. Simple cavities without pain can be treated simply with a dental filling. The procedure is simple. In case you have pain, the treatment will be root canal treatment. It is a little time-consuming and will take you two to three sits with your dentist. I suggest you upload a picture of your decayed teeth with cavities.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
