I am a 38 year old female. I have recently developed a skin rash in my groin area. This is the first time this rash has developed. I am currently under no medication. My menstrual cycle is normal.

Thank you for your reply. I have another sexual issue. I regularly wash my vagina with V-Wash. Still, my husband refuses to perform oral as he complains of pungent smell from my vagina. What to do for this?

Well, that is the because some people have an increased sense of smell. Your husband could be one of them. A certain amount of smell is normal and is due to bacterial flora in the vagina.
I suggest taking a tablet of Azithromycin 1 g, Tinidazole 2 g, and Fluconazole 150 mg. Every single dose will reduce bacterial vaginal load and decrease smell. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines with their consent.
