Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have not been able to remember some of the stuff I have done these past two months. It has actually been a problem for around five years, but it was not this bad. I have had entire days missing from my memory, and people around me have said that I have done or said bad things to them, some even showing proof. Now, sometimes I have an attack. It comes randomly, but also when I try to tell people about this too. During the attack, it is hard to breathe, my hands shake, and my heart races, but I feel the need to struggle against it because every time I give in, I forget again. These attacks have only been there these past two months. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The problem you have mentioned looks interesting. We need to see those episodes and have a complete evaluation. It may be dissociative episodes. If so, counseling and medicine would help. We need to rule out seizures too. So, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist at the earliest for appropriate treatment. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
