I have gone through your query, and I would like to know a few more details. Do you have any symptoms like scrotal pain, pain during intercourse/masturbation? Do you have details regarding the size of the cyst? Generally, asymptomatic epididymal cyst needs no treatment if they are single and contain clear fluid which can be identified with an ultrasound. These are almost always benign and are very slow to increase in size, sometimes they stay the same for life. If they are very bothersome, then they will have to be surgically removed.
