Hello doctor,
I am a college going student in my twenties. I am in a situation to wear masks daily. How frequently can I reuse the N95 mask? Is switching to cloth masks or surgical masks as effective as N95? Kindly suggest.

Cloth masks are not as effective as N95. It depends on your workplace. If you are a healthcare provider, you need to use N95; if you are an employee going to the office, you can use a reusable cloth mask.
