The skin under my penis is a bit torn. It happened last month and again once this month. How long will it take to heal as it hurts while having sex? Please help me with this query.

I think you have a frenulum tear. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal. After that, I will suggest taking antibiotics, analgesics, and ointment.
