Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
From the picture you have attached (attachment removed to protect patient identity), it looks like you have male pattern hair loss (MPHL). You also complain of dandruff and fungal infection of the scalp. I will need more pictures and detailed history to comment on that. Just a few things to help you address the issues. Hair loss might have become more evident because of hair fall which might have followed your weight loss. MPHL requires treatment with oral supplements, anti androgens, and Minoxidil usually. With regular application you will start seeing the regrowth. Dandruff can be usually managed with Ketoconazole and ZPTO containing shampoos. Application of Ketoconazole or other antifungals may be needed in more severe cases. Have a good diet which comprises of proteins, vegetables, fruits to ensure an adequate supply of nutrients to the body. Also, manage stress well and get adequate sleep. Good diet, sleep, and exercise are also important for healthy hair and scalp. Avoid using hot water, blowers, dryers, gels, wax on the hair, as these may damage your hair.
I hope this helps.
