Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I am very sorry about your medical condition, and I am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. But do not worry, I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I understand how you feel about this.
Let us take a look at your medical condition. You complained of gas, kidney, or loin pain; dizziness; and medication intake with no improvement. I believe this may be linked to numerous different problems, which I believe may be either that you have a kidney stone or a peptic ulcer with occult blood.
May I know the type of medications you have taken so that I will be sure that you took the right medication for the aforementioned medical problem?
So, to make a proper diagnosis since there was no improvement in your condition, I will advise you to do the following tests and reply to me with the results:
Urea breath test (a quick, non-invasive, and highly accurate diagnostic procedure used to detect an active Helicobacter pylori bacterial infection in the stomach by analyzing exhaled air for specific labeled carbon atoms).
Abdominal ultrasound.
CBC test (complete blood count, a common blood test that measures red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and hematocrit).
Uric acid level.
Meanwhile, please take the following to help out:
Two tablets of Acetaminophen 500 mg PO test (by mouth/orally) for one week.
One tablet of Allopurinol 50 mg PO QD (by mouth/orally once daily) for one week.
I hope this answers your query.
Please let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.
