Can gas cause dizziness and side kidney pain?

Hello doctor,

I have a gas problem with brain dizziness, and kidney pains sometimes. I take a tablet for gas and eat syrup Vityazyme. But it is not solved.

Please help.

So, to make a proper diagnosis since there was no improvement in your condition, I will advise you to do the following tests and reply to me with the results:

Abdominal ultrasound.

Two tablets of Acetaminophen 500 mg PO test (by mouth/orally) for one week.
